Each box features a composite structure of thickened non-woven fabric and cardboard lining, with an outer polyester non-woven fabric that is breathable and durable. Each box, when unfolded, is approximately 30-35 cm long, 10-15 cm wide, and 8-10 cm high, varying slightly depending on the number of compartments. In terms of manufacturing, the box is stitched together on all four sides, and a foldable cardboard base is embedded at the bottom. When not in use, the base can be pulled out, and the box folded flat for storage, saving space. The dividers are secured to the box walls with interlocking seams, ensuring even spacing between compartments. All fabric edges are bound to prevent fraying.
